At Natural Factors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original eco-friendly mailer.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure the barcode is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
